I am someone who believe that being peaceful is a stepping stone towards being happy, If you master the art of living a peaceful life then happiness will follow you automatically and if you are lacking inner peace in your life then no amount of material possession will keep you happy and fulfilled.

 I am practising as a family physician and I have seen many patients who look much worried and fearful as compare to their physical illness, their mind exaggerate their suffering and as soon as I counsel them, give them reassurance, they not only become more peaceful and relax but there is significant improvement in their physical health as well. Just a little bit of kind talk can improve your mental and physical health as both mind and body are interconnected. So I got the concept of creating a blog where I can share different useful ways to take better care of your mental as well as physical health.

I will try my best to publish informative post both about mental and physical problems and their management in a simple language so that even people not related to medical field can understand well and get benefited.The purpose of this blog is public awareness about different issues and ailments and its not the substitute for any medical therapy, incase you are suffering from any health concern consult you health care provider and do not self medicate.

I myself have a deep desire to live life fully with no regrets and I make efforts day in and day out to keep myself at peace, I choose to be happy by opting for healthy life style, healthy way of thinking, by focusing on positive things in life,  by being grateful for what I have and by doing all this I notice more peace and fulfilment in my life.

I am very much interested in reading and writing. Reading and gaining latest knowledge is a part of my field, by spreading information to others I believe that I am making the most of my knowledge bcause knowledge is for sharing, you can't keep it to yourself. The things which I know might help to save someone's life or improve their quality of life or make them more peaceful and satisfied with life.
